- “Assunta Hospital” / “We” / “Our”: The hospital and authorized administrators managing the platform.
- “User” / “You”: Any authorized person (GP, Specialist, or Administrator) accessing or using the Website.
3. Purpose of the Website
- Streamline patient referral workflows between external clinics and Assunta Hospital specialists.
- Improve efficiency, traceability, and communication between healthcare providers.
- Facilitate secure sharing of medical documents, imaging, and notes.
- Enhance continuity and quality of patient care.
4. User Accounts and Access
- Access is restricted to authorized medical professionals verified by Assunta Hospital.

7. Responsibilities of Referring Doctors

- Upload appropriate clinical documents (reports, scans, images) only.
- Respond promptly to follow-up communications to support patient care.
8. Responsibilities of Receiving Doctors
- Review referrals responsibly and provide timely acceptance or feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and clinical governance.
- Use the system strictly for legitimate medical purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
